Salvatore Cassato began screen printing in the North Shore of Chicago in 2003 out of necessity to supply his and his friend's bands with merchandise for their self-booked concerts and tours throughout the USA. Having worked within various print shops in Chicago and NYC, gaining exposure to the detailed world of screen printing, Salvatore’s enterprising spirit was again ignited and he returned to Chicagoland to launch Woodpecker Print Shop in January of 2021. Today, Woodpecker proudly strives to offer a personalized customer experience and detail-oriented approach to peacefully-print custom apparel and other brand messaging.

How it works.
Every order is custom quoted based on garment, print colors, placement, and quantity. If you’ve got print-ready vector files, great. If not, no problem — we can prep or create artwork for you.
We’ll send mockups for approval before anything goes to print. Most orders ship within 7–10 business days, with rush options available.
